Ships Free.  Warranty: 1 year   Returns: 15 days  Extra fees apply for Hawaii or Alaska (email for quote). Average shipping time is 7-21 business days but is subject to change. Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items ship via freight. NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.

By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home and any returns/fees as a result of size, change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse will be at your cost and responsibility, including a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fees. Custom and built-to-order items may not be returned. Please review Returns and Warranty details on each item and read the Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Receiving Deliveries instructions before ordering. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping, Returns and Receiving Policies in their entirety.

RETURNS

Items may be returned in good condition in original packaging within 15 days by pre-approval by Luxury Game Rooms, a 25% restocking fee and return shipping is customer's responsibility. Email info@luxurygamerooms.com with order number and product images for return approval code prior to shipping back to the manufacturer Shuffle Tech. 

LIMITED WARRANTY

Shuffle Tech International, LLC (“Shuffle Tech”) warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

1. For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, if the product is determined to be defective, Shuffle Tech will, at its option, either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with new or refurbished product.

2. To obtain warranty service, please download the Repair Service Form and follow the instructions on that form. Machines must be packaged in the original packaging or in other packaging adequate to avoid damage in shipment. Shuffle Tech reserves the right to demand original proof of purchase when the product cannot be verified by Shuffle Tech as purchased within one year prior to the RMA request. Repaired machines will be returned freight prepaid to customers within the continental United States. 

A completed Repair Service Form is required for returns to Shuffle Tech for repair.

LIMITED WARRANTY LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS

Shuffle Tech’s warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, power surge, abuse, negligence, commercial use, modification of, or to any part of, the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by Shuffle Tech to service the product. 

This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.

SERVICE

If the warranty for a Shuffle Tech product has expired or the product is damaged and not covered by warranty, repair services can be offered by Shuffle Tech. Given a description of the problem and/or a photograph of the damage, Shuffle Tech will provide a quote for repairs, and, if accepted by the customer, an RMA for shipment of the product back to Shuffle Tech.

CANCELLATIONS
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before refund.
