The double-arch cabinet features beautiful CNC routing that accentuates the laser engraved logo art elements.  Coordinating, embossed leather pockets with riveted nets match the look of the table and profile of the rail. The Diamond Pearl Sites are seamlessly inlaid into each of the rails for precision aim capabilities. The cabinet finish is second to none and incorporates a 14 step stain and lacquer process to ensure the high quality, furniture-like finish you would expect from a table of this caliber.

Choose between beautiful Chardonnay or Navajo finishes that match most room settings. For the play surface, a 3 piece, diamond honed, 1” thick authentic slate is utilized for sure and consistent ball play. Covering the slate and bumpers is a Hainsworth worsted cloth available in 12 colors for imprinting your logo. Don’t be fooled by “professional” cloth offered on other tables, this is the real deal! Hainsworth cloth is renown as one of the best pool cloths in the world. Your choice of logo is dyed within the cloth resulting in a perfectly smooth, even play surface with no effect to ball play.

Shipping/Returns

Shipping is free. Products ship directly from the manufacturer. Extra fees apply for Hawaii or Alaska (email for quote). Average shipping time is 1-2 weeks but is subject to change. Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. Shipping times have been affected by the pandemic. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Holland Bar Stool Co. Billiard and Shuffleboard Game tables are shipped to a professional installer who will call to arrange an appointment for installation. It's the customer’s responsibility to be at home to co-ordinate agreed-upon installation arrangements made with the installer.

By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home (see image for measurement requirements). Custom and built-to-order items may not be returned. Please see Warranty details on each item before ordering. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the returns, installation and warranty details in their entirety.

Returns

No Returns on Holland Bar Stool Co. Billiard or Game tables.

Cancellations
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before refund.

Installation

Holland Bar Stool Co. Billiard and Shuffleboard Game tables are shipped to a professional installer who will call to arrange an appointment for installation. It's the customer’s responsibility to be at home to co-ordinate agreed-upon installation arrangements made with the installer.

Warranty

BILLIARD TABLES

Carry a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY from the date of original purchase by the consumer from an authorized Holland Bar Stool Co. dealer or agent. Holland Bar Stool Co., using its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the part(s) proven to be defective as established per the following:

1. Table cabinet, rails, blinds, legs, and internal support system: FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY from splitting or cracking.
2. Cushions: LIFETIME WARRANTY against separation, dry rot, or hardening.
3. Slate: LIFETIME WARRANTY from chipping, cracking, or warping. (Only if any portion of the playing field is affected.)
4. Hardware: FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY on all hardware and metal parts.
5. Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product. This Lifetime Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire billiard table.
6. Cloth, pockets, and accessories: Holland Bar Stool Co. warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of the billiard table's cloth, pockets, or accessories.

Holland Bar Stool Co. Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following: 

Any failure caused by or resulting from abuse, neglect or accident; improper use, modification, service, maintenance or repair; or normal wear and tear. Cabinet exterior and decorative finishes, including scratches, scrapes, and nicks in surfaces. Installation or labor cost, in any form, incurred in any manner. Only part repairs or replacements are provided. Damages incurred in shipping, unpacking, set-up, and installation. Commercial or industrial users. Tables located outside the United States and Canada.

Damage caused by factors other than manufacturer's materials or workmanship: Holland Bar Stool Co. does not extend warranty coverage to repairs or replacements as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other act of nature, abnormal playing conditions, or accidental damage. This warranty does not cover tables used in a commercial or an institutional setting.

All Claims must be emailed to help@hollandbarstool.com and accompanied by sufficient digital photo documentation along with a brief explanation of the issue. Our Warranty Department will review your claim and respond promptly. If a claim is deemed valid, we will replace or repair, at our discretion, any or all of the components involved in the claim. In some cases Holland Barstool Co. has the right to request a copy of the original bill of sale to the original owner to help determine claim viability. 

Any declared defective part(s) should be returned, (freight prepaid by owner) via a Holland Bar Stool Co. approved carrier to Holland Bar Stool Company. If the part is determined to be defective by the digital photos submitted or visual inspection, the cost of shipping will be reimbursed. Holland Bar Stool Co. will afford the replacement shipping cost back to the customer. If the claim occurs more than six (6) months after the original date of purchase, shipping costs both ways will be the sole responsibility of the owner.

Holland Bar Stool Co. warranty represents the complete understanding between the original owner and Holland Bar Stool Co. of the warranty coverage for your product(s). Holland Bar Stool Co. makes no other guarantees, express or implied, other than those established within this document. Holland Bar Stool Co. does not authorize any person or entity to assume additional liabilities or obligations in connection with your product(s). This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that may vary from state to state.  

THIS WARRANTY BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON HOLLAND BAR STOOL CO. RECEIPT OF THE COMPLETED WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. ALL WARRANTY CARDS AND CONTACT INFORMATION IS KEPT ON FILE FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES.
FAILURE TO RETURN OR REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE SHALL RESULT IN THIS WARRANTY AS BEING CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID.
