CANCELLATIONS
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If the item has shipped, cancellation, return, exchange or refund are not possible.
