Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. Shipping times have been affected by the pandemic. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items ship via freight. NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.

Cancellations
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, all sales are final and cancellation/return is not an option for this item.
Returns
Video games may not be returned. Tech support is provided
Warranty
Manufacturer warrants that its printed circuit boards and parts thereon are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment. Manufacturer warrants that its video displays (in games supplied with video displays) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.
