Gelato Chef 5L, the compact gelato and ice cream machine for professional use, featuring stainless steel removable bowl and storage function. Gelato Chef 5L AUTOMATIC prepares your gelato and, when ready, it will store your preparation at the right temperature as long as you wish! Prepare up to 1 quart of mixture in 20-30 minutes, using either the fixed bowl made of 18/10 stainless steel or the handy removable bowl in stainless steel with handle for easier removal.
The refrigeration and blending systems are designed for long work cycles. The magnetic safety device automatically stops the paddle when the lid is lifted.
Electronic control. The software developed by Nemox allows to control the density of your gelato. It automatically stops the mixing motor as soon as the mixing effort becomes excessive and starts the storage function. Stainless steel body and blade with removable scrapers guarantee hygiene and durability.

NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.
By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home and any returns/fees as a result of size, change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse will be at your cost and responsibility, including a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fees. Custom and built-to-order items may not be returned. CANCELLATIONS
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before refund.
Warranty
European Giftware (La Pavoni, Caravel, Fiamma, Nemox) offer a 1-year manufactures' s warranty on all electric products unless otherwise specified. In case of repair, European Gift and Houseware, or one of our authorized repair facilities, will, upon receipt of the machine, repair the unit and return postage paid. Packages must be properly assembled in a corrugated box.
Commercial use of items intended for home use voids the warranty.
