The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.
By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home and any returns/fees as a result of size, change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse will be at your cost and responsibility, including a 25% restocking fee and round-trip shipping fees. Custom and built-to-order items may not be returned. CANCELLATIONS
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies.
If your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee plus round trip shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before refund.
