Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items ship via freight. NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging. Extra fees may apply for remote/mountainous/difficult delivery address.
By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home and any returns/fees as a result of size, change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse will be at your cost and responsibility, including a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fees. Custom and built-to-order items may not be returned. Please review Returns and Warranty details on each item and read the Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Receiving Deliveries instructions before ordering. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping, Returns and Receiving Policies in their entirety.
CANCELLATIONS
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before refund.
RETURNS Items may be returned in original, unused/unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Customer must obtain a return code provided by Luxury Game Rooms. Email info@luxurygamerooms.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) in unopened, original packaging to retrieve your return code and instructions. A 25% re-stocking fee plus return shipping cost will apply. Damaged items or items damaged upon return will not be refunded.
WARRANTY Benzara guarantees against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. Luxury Game Rooms must be notified of the defect within 3 days of the product delivery by email at info@luxurygamerooms.com, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
