Shipping Policy


Shipping is Free. Extra fees apply for Hawaii or Alaska (email for quote). Average shipping time is 7-21 business days but is subject to change. Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. Shipping times have been affected by the pandemic. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. 

Customer is responsible for measuring the space in advance to ensure that the game table or other items can navigate into and fit into the room of choice. Before placing an order, ensure that stairways, hallways and tight turns inside the home can be navigated with the pool table, game, furniture or other large items. 

By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home and any returns/fees as a result of size, change of mind or buyer’s remorse will be at your cost and responsibility. Custom and built-to-order items may not be returned. Please review all the details in the Shipping, Returns and Receiving Policies and on each specific item before placing an order. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with the Shipping, Returns and Receiving Policies in their entirety. 


As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and we will pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-10 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Shipping delays are not a reason for cancellation or return.

Within one day of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please check to see if your email went to a junk folder before contacting us. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 10 business days of your order, contact us at

What to do if my parcel (non-freight) or product is damaged.

Most large items >150lbs ship via freight.

FREE Curbside delivery does not include delivery to your front door or garage, delivery inside, assembly, installation or set up. Shipping upgrades may be available (see specific product page for details.) For assembly/installations, we recommend you find a local installer near you as it will be much more cost effective in your area than as an add-on via the freight company.

NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging. If your home or business is in a difficult to reach areas for the trucks, let us know so we can co-ordinate with the shipping company and avoid any problems. Optional shipping upgrades may be available, depending on the item (see individual product page or email for quote.)

Optional shipping upgrades for some freight items weighing >150lbs:

FREE Curbside Delivery (included): the driver will remove the item from the truck and leave it on the ground at curbside or walkway. It may or may not be in a crate or on a pallet, depending on the item(s). It’s your responsibility to get it inside and take care of the rest. Free shipping does not include delivery at your door or garage, delivery inside, unpackaging, hauling away packaging trash, assembly or installation.

Room of Choice: the driver will remove the item from the truck and put it in your room of choice (one flight of stairs, max). It’s your responsibility to take care of the rest (unpacking, trash removal.) More than one flight of stairs will incur an extra $15 per flight.

White Glove Delivery: the driver will move the item into the room you choose. Removal of packaging/Assembly may be included or an add-on option, depending on the product. White Glove prices and services vary by item. See individual product page for options.


If you do not report missing boxes or damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and we will not be responsible for damages or concealed damage.

If you sign the bill from the freight delivery driver without inspecting/documenting box count and/or damage, we are not responsible for shipping damage or missing items discovered after signing of the bill of lading and the carrier leaving the premises.

(Note: Manufacturer’s defect is different than shipping damage. See manufacturer's warranty/returns information on specific items as they may differ from other items depending on brand and item type)

Pool Table Delivery/Installation:

Your pool table will arrive via freight and dropped off with Curbside Liftgate service (on the ground). It is up to you whether you’d like to install the table yourself in a few hours with some basic tools, or have it done by a professional in your area. Installing a pool table may be more work than most people anticipate. We recommend hiring a professional for a solid, level pool table. General costs for a professional installer run an average of $300-$800 and up, depending on where you live. Once you receive your estimated shipping and arrival date, call an installer in your area to co-ordinate an installation date. 

Larger arcade games may require assembly/installation by a professional. Email us for help in finding an installer.
