How long does it take to receive my product?
Products ship directly from the manufacturer. Average shipping time is 7-21 business days but is subject to change. Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. Shipping times have been affected by the pandemic.We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items >150lbs ship via freight.
Where does my item ship from?
We are based in California but have warehouses across the United States. We routinely ship to all lower 48 states. If you order more than one product type, your items may arrive separately. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, contact us for a shipping quote.
What are your hours?
We operate 9AM-5PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday - Friday. On weekends we have limited staff but please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 657-888-2477 and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
How do I receive tracking information?
Once your product ships, you will receive an email from Luxury Game Rooms with a link that shows your tracking information. If you have not received an email notification with tracking information within 10 days of ordering, please contact us. Note that it normally takes 3-10 days after your order is placed for your product to ship.
Will I receive a phone call before delivery?
You will receive tracking information when your product ships. If you do not receive an ETA day/time window communication from the freight service (for items weighing 150lb+) please contact us. It is important you co-ordinate with the freight company making your delivery to confirm service date and time window. It is imperative you are on site to receive your freight delivery for inspection and signature. See Shipping Policy and Receiving Deliveries instructions. Please note that different products have different lead times.
Where do your products come from?
We exclusively use suppliers in the United States.
