Some items are not returnable, including custom and made-to-order items, video and pinball arcade games. All returned items must be in "as new" condition. “As new” means that the product is in the same condition in which you received it with all original packaging, including any manuals, cabling, and accessories in sale-able condition. Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way. Photos of products and packaging will be required for any refund consideration. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used on checkout within 30 days of Pre-approval of return by Luxury Game Rooms. Warrranties Warranties differ per manufacturer (see individual product page for warranty) and covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover: damages caused by shipping, misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear.
