Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items ship via freight. NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.
RETURNS Returns are available within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items, or if an item was missing. A returns code and photos of items supporting the claim are required within 3 days of delivery to start the returns process or carrier damage claim. Please see Receiving Deliveries for small parcel receiving instructions. Then email info@luxurygamerooms.com your order number, photos and request for return. A fee of 25% will apply as well as return shipping fee. Coastline merchandise is mostly handcrafted and some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities are to be expected. These are not considered flaws or defects.

CANCELLATIONS
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before refund.
