Products ship directly from the manufacturer. Extra fees apply for Hawaii or Alaska (email for quote). Average shipping time is 7-21 business days but is subject to change. Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. Shipping times have been affected by the pandemic. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items ship via freight. NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.

By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping and Receiving Policies in their entirety.
Cancellations
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, all sales are final and cancellation/return is not an option for this item.
Returns
Pinball games may not be returned. Tech support is provided
Warranty
Register product at American-Pinball.com within 15 days of receipt to activate warranty.
The Limited Warranty covers defective workmanship and materials as follows: 1. All parts of the Pinball Machine, excluding standard plastic, bumper post, rubber rings and wear & tear parts for 90 days from the date of invoice or shipment by Distributor. 2 The main LCD monitor for 1 Year from the date of shipment.
The Limited Warranty does not cover service, labor, or shipping and handling. Damage, wear, and/or breakage not caused by defective materials or workmanship shall not be covered by the Warranty. Damage incurred during shipping and handling shall not be covered by the Warranty.
