The Competente home espresso machine is part of La Pavoni's Esperto line. Each one is beautifully handcrafted and available in chrome plated (see Abile model for Chrome) or brass boilers. All feature the larger 16 cup, 38 nickel-plated boiler, mounted pressure gauge and 2 frothing systems (mounted polished steam wand and the Cappuccino Automatic attachment.)

Average shipping time is 7-21 business days but is subject to change. Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items ship via freight. NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.

By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home and any returns/fees as a result of size, change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse will be at your cost and responsibility, including a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fees. Custom and built-to-order items may not be returned. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping, Returns and Receiving Policies in their entirety.

CANCELLATIONS
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before refund.

 Warranty

European Giftware (La Pavoni, Caravel, Fiamma) offer a 1-year manufactures' s warranty on all electric products unless otherwise specified. In case of repair, European Gift and Houseware, or one of our authorized repair facilities, will, upon receipt of the machine, repair the unit and return postage paid. Packages must be properly assembled in a corrugated box.

Commercial use of items intended for home use voids the warranty.
