Important note about ordering Stern Pinball Machines:

1. All orders are by pre-order only. There are none “in stock.”  Currently we take full payment to put you in the queue to receive your ordered game.
2. Stern builds games to order, but only some at a time and only on a schedule they decide.
3. Stern is taking orders, but hasn't given # of games they will reserve for each seller, so we can only take the payment and put your name on the list. We cannot guarantee which build date you will get on as the lists are based on first come, first serve and dependent on when Stern decides to build another run of the game you want. 
4. It may take 3 months up to 18 months for your machine to ship. There is no way of knowing until you have ordered and are on the list and build dates are in process. Stern may also delay/postpone build dates.

 The ideal customer in the market for a Stern pinball is one who is willing to "buy and wait" until it’s built, but understands it is not possible to expect it for a certain date, holiday, event or even in the same year. 

Description

Based on the blockbuster film Jurassic Park from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, the Jurassic Park Home Edition experience will transport players to Isla Nublar, an amusement park where escaped dinosaurs are running amok! With the volcano on the island erupting and threatening to destroy everything in its path, it is the player’s mission to rescue park staff, evacuate and recapture dinosaurs, and escape before it’s too late! Players will experience heart-pounding excitement right from the start in this action-packed pinball adventure filled with suspense, twists, and turns around every flip.

Shipping/Returns

Products ship directly from the manufacturer. Extra fees apply for Hawaii or Alaska (email for quote). This item is currently backordered by 6 months time. Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. Shipping times have been affected by the pandemic. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items ship via freight. NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default FREE shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.

Cancellations
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, all sales are final and cancellation/return is not an option for this item.

Pinball games may not be returned. Tech support is provided
