The Storm MMXI is the premier 7’ air hockey table. The large playing field ensures the most complete gameplay experience, with enough room to maneuver and outsmart your opponents. The glossy finish of the surface features hockey rink graphics for an authentic look. Complementing the large playfield is the powerful 110 volt motor that can output 80 cubic feet of air per minute, for a flawless playing surface, and the smoothest puck flight. This thick cushion of air is what sets the Storm MMXI apart from the competitors! Keep score with an automated pro-style LED scoreboard with adjustable volume voice response. Incorporated into the scoreboard is a timer that can be set for 10 or 15 minute games. An unlimited time game mode is also included for lower pressure games. The Storm MMXI features sleek, pedestal legs that blend seamlessly with any game room decor. Solid construction gives the most stable base; once assembled you’ll find the Storm MMXI solid as a glacier. The legs also include levelers to ensure a balanced playing field. Included is everything you need to get started with four pucks and four pushers!

Shipping/Returns

Shipping is free. Products ship directly from the manufacturer. Extra fees apply for Hawaii or Alaska (email for quote). Average shipping time is 7-21 business days but is subject to change. Shipments may be delayed by weather, holidays, or back-order. Shipping times have been affected by the pandemic. We will notify you if an item is expected to ship later than expected. Most large items ship via freight. NOTE: Freight delivery processes are different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries. The default Free shipping option for heavy items unable to be sent by parcel (usually >150lbs weight) is curbside freight. It's the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house, out of the box or crate, and to assemble it or arrange for assembly/installation and removal of packaging.

By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home and any returns/fees as a result of size, change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse will be at your cost and responsibility, including a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fees. Custom and built-to-order items may not be returned. Please review Returns and Warranty details on each item and read the Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Receiving Deliveries instructions before ordering. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping, Returns and Receiving Policies in their entirety.

Returns

Returns require a return code assigned by info@luxurygamerooms.com  Email the reason why you are returning and your order number/serial number(s) and photos of item(s) ready for return.

All returned items must be in "as new" condition. “As new” means that the product is in the same condition in which you received it. Please return the item in the original packaging including any manuals, cabling, and accessories in saleable condition. Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way.  Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping and we do not refund the original shipping fees under these circumstances. All returns must be submitted within 30 days of the date we ship out your order. Returns are processed and refunded to original payment method within 30 days.

Cancellations
You may only cancel your order within/up to 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped, a 5% administrative fee applies. If your order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted before refund.
